1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SpeakBritish platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpeakBritish provides online English language education, including self-study lessons, live group sessions via Zoom, and one-to-one tutoring with native British English speakers.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

For students under 18, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account and consent to these terms on their behalf.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe in GBP (British Pounds).
  • Group session fees are charged per session or as part of a monthly package.
  • Prices are displayed at the time of booking and may be updated with 14 days’ notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Record, redistribute, or commercially use any lesson content
  • Behave disruptively during live sessions
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including lessons, quizzes, illustrations, and session materials — is owned by SpeakBritish and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SpeakBritish is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific learning outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
