Group Sessions

Cancellation by student

  • 24+ hours before: Full refund or credit to your next session
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund (the teacher and slot are already reserved)
  • No-show: No refund

Cancellation by SpeakBritish

If we cancel a session (e.g. teacher illness, technical issues), you will receive a full refund or a free replacement session — your choice.

Monthly Packages

  • Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused sessions within a billing period
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your first payment and haven’t attended any sessions, you may request a full refund

1-on-1 Sessions

  • 24+ hours before: Free rescheduling or full refund
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% charge applies
  • No-show: Full charge

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at hello@speakbritish.com or via WhatsApp with your booking details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from attending a session (e.g. Zoom failure on our end), please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement session or refund.
